Dear SRP State, Province, and City leaders

As you were aware due to the most recent incident, KNYM (SRP Youth Movement) and SRP Women Movement have sent an appeal statement asking for emergency fund to help hundred of Cambodian families who are without adequate food recourse. Many survived by eating Kdouch (). On behalf of SRP-USA/Canada, I am seeking for your help with respect to this emergency fund. Please talk among yourself and our fellow Cambodian in your community. Our fellow brothers and sisters in Cambodia are in need of our help at this time.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at (508) 695-6576 Mr. Tithia Sum at (360) 438-9034. We will be happy to provide you with detail information.

    Thank you,

    Kim Ly Chea
    President of SRP-USA/Canada
