Three days extension has expired on
October 20, 2008 at 5:00pm ET., Unfortunately, the applications have not
being collected by the SRP-USA/Canada Election Committee. Therefore, the SRP-USA/Canada
Election Committee is exhausting the election process on October 20, 2008 at
7:00pm. The SRP-USA/Canada Election Committee has also referred to the
SRP-USA/Canada Constitution and Bylaws Section 3.1.1 and
sub-section 3.1.1.1-3.1.1.4, Section 3.1.2 and sub-section 3.1.2.1-3.1.2.5,
and/or [if needed
to] insert additional recourses to determine the elected and/or reinstate
the President of SRP-USA/Canada for the term of 2009-2010.
Thus, the SRP-USA/Canada Election
Committee has concluded with the decision to reinstate Mr. Kimly Chea to
serve the next mandated term of 2009-2010.
